Your Investigative Career Starts Here
We are always looking for experienced investigators to join our team and conduct surveillance in workers compensation and personal injury type cases.
You must be able to work independently, possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, be dependable, well organized and detail oriented. A Field Investigator will also have the necessary skills to complete written reports, internet research of your subject, operate a camcorder to obtain quality steady video of claimant activity, ability to sit in a vehicle for extended periods of time in hot and cold weather and be able to drive in an aggressive, but legal manner. Some assignments may warrant travel and/or an overnight stay.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience, a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in criminal justice or law enforcement/MP background. Must possess/or be able to obtain a valid Wisconsin PI license, must own or be able to obtain a well-maintained minivan or mid-size SUV with proper insurance, a laptop computer (preferably a mac), a cell phone and mobile internet capability (hot spot etc.). A company vehicle may be provided.
The ideal candidate will also have flexibility to work a variety of hours (although most are 1st shift hours) weekends, and some holidays, as this is not your typical 9-5 job. Recently retired military or law enforcement or semi-retired individuals are highly desired.
You can expect to work an average of 3-5days/week or even more in the busy months. Compensation is based on experience and includes travel time and mileage.
